Problem and special solutions

With engine optimization, we can offer more than just an increase in power. Many people have problems with, for example, the EGR valve, diesel particulate filter or Adblue which can cost a lot of money to fix and in some cases simply cannot be made to believe that these are relatively new vehicles we are talking about. Then we can help you bypass such systems.


Some additional services also require physical interventions or replacement products, these are not included in the prices listed below. We can help with the assembly or disassembly of physical peripherals, but not all. Feel free to check with us.

ENGINE OPTIMIZATION / EFFECT

Each car is equipped with standard software from the factory. In most cases, this software has been developed well within the respective engine's maximum load, we make use of this margin by harmonizing the parameters of the software resulting in more power without compromising the engine's reliability and lifespan.


If you have a car with a turbo or other type of charge pressure sensor, the optimization gives an improvement of between 20 and 100% in power increase. For engine without turbo, you get a profit of about 10%.

Fuel savings: (depending on model, driving style, etc.) Diesel car 8–10% / Petrol car 0–8%

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS

The vehicle undergoes a fault finding and log. This is done to ensure that the vehicle is in sufficient condition for an optimization.

We read the vehicle's software in the control box, and adjust the parameters required to achieve the right effect. All within the limits of engine / gearbox.

After programming, we test drive the car and make sure that all parameters are adjusted correctly, possibly via log. In normal cases, an engine optimization takes about 1-2 hours. (This depends on the method and model)
